FIRM ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
Michelle Tyree first joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2004 as a litigation paralegal and was promoted to Executive Administrator in 2005. She received a paralegal certification from the University of Arkansas before joining our firm. She obtained an associate’s degree from Pulaski Technical College.

She is Past-President, Newsletter Co-Editor, and the President Elect of the Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, and has chaired several teams including Community Connection, Business Partner Relations, and Membership Teams. She is also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal/Legal Assistant Affiliate program. She was born and raised in central Arkansas and loves working so close to home. Michelle, her husband Christopher, and their son Jack reside in Little Rock. The thing she loves most about her job is that each day brings new challenges and opportunities. She loves coming up with creative solutions and thinking outside the box. When not at work, Michelle loves spending time with her family and cherishing every moment she gets with her young son.
Chuck Ellis has been employed by the firm since 2005 as the firm’s Financial Administrator. A native Arkansan, Chuck is originally from Clarendon but now resides in Sherwood with his daughter. Chuck attended the University of Arkansas as well as the University of Central Arkansas where he received a bachelor of business administration (finance and economics) in 1993. His previous employment includes working in retail banking, being a formerly licensed insurance agent, and also managing his family’s retail business.
David Helms joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in March 2012 as an administrative assistant. In February 2013, David was promoted to Operations Administrator, which includes being the Investigator Supervisor. After being injured in a head-on collision in 2011, David understands the physical, emotional, and financial struggles that come with having been in a life-changing auto accident. His favorite aspect of working at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm is being able to help alleviate some of these struggles which clients endure. Outside the office, he loves spending time with his two amazing children, Andrew and Karsyn, and his wife and best friend, Heather. Together, David and Heather are actively training for and competing in Ironman triathlons which are a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and 26.2-mile run. In April 2018, David finished his third Ironman in The Woodlands, Texas.
Tristan Wingfield joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in October 2019 as Director of Digital Marketing and Web Development. An Arkansas native, after graduating in 1999, Tristan studied Information Technology and Data Analytics. He has certifications from Google in Digital Advertising and Analytics, Udemy for Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, and a certification from Shaw Academy for Digital Marketing. Tristan’s interests outside of web design and development, data analytics, and digital marketing include spending time with his family and advocating/raising funds for juvenile diabetes research.

Linda Corp is a paralegal in the firm’s Social Security department. Linda earned an associate’s in arts in interdisciplinary studies from S.U.N.Y. Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and a paralegal certificate from Southern Career Institute. She joined the firm in 1994. Linda enjoys her work because it involves serving others at a difficult time in their lives. Her other areas of interest are evangelism, music, reading, research, learning, and hiking with her children and their families.
Janie Pelkey joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as paralegal in 1996. She was born, raised, and resides in North Little Rock with her husband. She is a certified Professional Legal Secretary. Janie has more than twenty-five years’ experience and has been a personal injury and medical malpractice paralegal since 1996. In her spare time, Janie enjoys playing with her grandchildren and cooking for her family. Janie is a great asset in training new employees on the computerized case management system utilized by the firm. Her greatest reward is the satisfaction she enjoys assisting our clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another.
Reba Westerman joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 1999 as a paralegal in our Personal Injury department. Reba was born and raised in Malvern, Arkansas. She now resides in Sherwood, Arkansas. She graduated from Henderson State University with an associate’s in office administration. Reba has worked within the legal community since 1987 and enjoys the challenges that each new case brings as she strives to resolve the sometimes difficult situations that our clients endure.
Robin Morgan joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as a bankruptcy paralegal in July 2008. She was born and raised in Little Rock. Robin graduated from Henderson State University with a bachelor of arts in family and consumer science. Robin has extensive experience on the creditor side of bankruptcy spanning more than a decade. She also has six years’ experience working with Head Start children and families. Robin is dedicated to helping our clients in need of assistance with the bankruptcy process. Robin resides in Benton, Arkansas, with her daughter.
Audra Murray joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2010 as a paralegal in our Commercial Litigation department. Audra received her associate of arts degree in history from College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois, and later obtained her associate of applied science degree in paralegal technology from Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock. As a member of the legal community, Audra has served as a paralegal in the areas of estate planning, probate, and the formation of small business corporations since 1999. Currently, Audra resides in Sherwood, Arkansas. In 2016 Audra was awarded Outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant of the Year by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
Kimberly Davis is a paralegal in the firms’ medical negligence department. She was a member of the firm from 2010-2013, and then rejoined us in April of 2019. Kimberly earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. Kimberly’s sixteen years of paralegal experience includes personal injury, FELA litigation, product liability, nursing home negligence, and medical negligence. Kimberly enjoys the challenges and complexities of medical negligence cases. She takes great pride in assisting our clients. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys photography, reading, genealogy research, and spending time with her family.
Donna Glass joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in December 2011 as a paralegal in the firm’s Social Security department. She was previously employed with the Social Security Administration. During her tenure with the Social Security Administration, Donna served in various roles, including Claims Representative, Teleservice Representative, Claims Development Clerk, and Office Aide. She was born and raised in Texarkana, Arkansas, where she attended Texarkana Community College and Texas A&M University (Texarkana). Donna believes that the most rewarding part of her job is helping clients understand the social security disability process. She enjoys singing in her church choir and completing jigsaw and Sudoku puzzles.
Lea Ann Lawrence is a legal assistant in the firm’s Medical Negligence department. She has been in the legal field since 1995 and joined the firm in 2012. Lea Ann earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology from Arkansas State University and her master’s degree in criminal justice from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Lea Ann’s legal experience includes work in personal injury, product liability, nursing home negligence, and medical negligence cases. Lea Ann enjoys the challenges and complexities of medical negligence cases.
Gloria Witcher joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in March 2014 as a general legal assistant with a focus in administration and our Bankruptcy department. In 2021, she became a paralegal in the Personal Injury department. Gloria was born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas, attended college at the University of Central Arkansas. She is extremely attentive to details, organized, and hardworking. She looks forward to helping relieve the stress of our clients as they are going through hard times. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and her dog, Penny.
Sean Patterson originally joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2011 as a legal assistant in the firm’s Bankruptcy department. Sean has been an Arkansan since the age of 9. He grew up in Hot Springs and then attended college at The University of Central Arkansas in Conway where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Sean has also worked in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Medical Negligence cases over the years, but has found his home once again helping consumers file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He has been serving the legal community as a paralegal for over 15 years. Sean now resides in Little Rock with his dog Syl. He enjoys taking her on hikes, going on trips with his friends, and chasing around his nephews.
Anet Rosas Labrada joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2022 as a legal assistant in the Personal Injury department. Her previous experience includes working as a court clerk and working in immigration law. Anet was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico and graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Bachelors in Political Science in 2019. She is a member of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc. and board member of El Zocalo Immigrant Resource Center. Outside of work, Anet enjoys spending time with friends and family, community service, traveling, running, and hiking. She has been a wonderful addition to our team.

Keniqua McAdams, J.D., is a paralegal who joined the firm in 2021 She graduated from the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law. Has a Bachelor’s Degree with major in Spanish and Political Science and a Masters Degree in Education. She is fluent in Spanish and a Navy veteran. She has almost 7 years experience in the legal profession in personal injury, medical malpractice, and some family law. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is always eager to learn new skills. Keniqua enjoys spending time with her family, watching football, travel, cooking, reading, outdoors and crafting. in the firms’ medical negligence department. I graduated with a JD lll

Karee Cooper Gibbs joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2023 as a paralegal in the Personal Injury department. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Karee completed high school in Georgia and attended college at Georgia Southern University. Her family, including husband Allah, son Alexander, and dog Chandler, moved to Jacksonville, Arkansas in 2019 to support her husband’s USAF career. As the eldest of 5, Karee naturally takes charge to help those that can use a little backup and to advocate for smaller voices. She loves having fun with family & friends, creating everlasting memories, and enjoying the simple things that life has to offer.

Donna Ramsey joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in October, 2022, left to caretake for a beloved family member, and returned to the firm in April of 2024. A native of Pine Bluff, AR, Donna graduated from Pine Bluff High School and received her Associates in Paralegal Studies from Southeast Arkansas College in May, 2010 and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff in December, 2010. She is presently attending Northcentral University pursing a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Donna has previous experience working for Little Rock District Court as a Deputy Court Clerk in the Traffic division. She also has 10 years’ experience working for Centers for Arkansas Legal Services as a Paralegal/ Pro Bono coordinator and several years with Legal Aid of Arkansas as a Paralegal with the Medical/Legal Partnership affiliated with Walmart and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends.

De’Monae Starks joined the Personal Injury department of The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2023. De’Monae moved to Arkansas in 2016, but was born and raised in the southern part of Louisiana. She is part of the Northwestern State University of Louisiana Alumni, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 2009. In 2016, De’Monae obtained her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections Administration from Capella University. By 2021, she has obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from Trinity Law School in California. De’Monae resides in Austin, AR with her three amazing kids and her husband, Christopher. De’Monae is hardworking, kind-hearted, and committed. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients by removing the stress of being involved in an accident, which allows her clients to focus on healing and getting back to their normal lives. She has compassion and dedication when it comes to working for her clients.

Col. Ken Rabe has been an Investigator for The Brad Hendricks Law Firm since 1996. He currently resides in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in 1966, is a Vietnam Vet. and was discharged with Rank of Colonel in 1988. He obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northwest University and a degree in Paralegal and Private Investigations from the University of Arkansas. In addition to being an investigator, Col. Rabe is an authorized process server for the entire State of Arkansas both federal and state service.
Melissa Holland joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in July 2016 as a paralegal in our Personal Injury department. In April of 2021, she decided to transition into the investigator role of our firm for Central Arkansas. She is dedicated and has great attention to detail. Melissa was born and raised in central Arkansas. She lives in Mabelvale with her daughter, and in her spare time, loves to cook, garden, and listen to all kinds of music. She also enjoys British comedy, is a Sagittarius, and loves working with our clients and the public.

Samantha Hester
Samantha Hester joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in July 2016 as a paralegal in our domestic relations department. After a brief hiatus beginning in October 2021, she rejoined the firm in March 2023, and now serves as our investigator in the western part of Arkansas. She grew up in Logan County, beginning her career in the legal field in 2005, and has worked as a family law and civil litigation paralegal in both Arkansas and Texas for over 15 years, gaining extensive experience with contested divorce, complex custody issues, and mediation. Additionally, she has been a Civil Process Server for almost 20 years. She resides in her hometown and enjoys spending time with her three grown sons and seven grandchildren.
