He has formerly represented several Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and construction companies. Mr. Oglesby’s past experience includes over 150 jury trials and varies widely from representing individuals in all manner of civil and criminal matters to representing both small and large companies in contractual and tort litigation involving personal injury, products liability, contractual claims, tort claims, unfair trade practices, unfair claim practices, and bad-faith and insurance disputes. Mr. Oglesby has regulatory experience with the Arkansas State Insurance Commissioner concerning unfair claims practices, agent licensing and regulatory approval of transactions. He also represents various construction contractors in all areas of their business including human resources, bidding, subcontract letting, performance issues, bond claims, insurance coverage, lien claims and all other disputes arising in construction matters.
